Description
You will drive funding volume growth by managing existing merchant partnerships, conducting field visits, training merchants, and executing growth strategies. Build strong relationships and collaborate with internal teams to maximize performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in account management or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze metrics and drive actionable insights
- Problem-solving aptitude and conflict resolution skills
- Willingness to travel regularly and possess a valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits to merchant locations to build relationships and assess needs
- Act as primary point of contact for assigned stores, ensuring top-tier service and support
- Proactively resolve operational concerns and address issues from merchant partners
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for each store, providing updates to stakeholders
- Lead onboarding and training for new merchant partnerships, including group and one-on-one sessions
