💼 About This Role

You'll lead the infrastructure for our Fulfillment Centers and Last-Mile Hubs in southern Germany. You'll manage launch projects from A to Z and oversee a team of facility managers. This role offers a chance to shape rapid expansion and drive process optimization in a dynamic e-grocery environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage launch projects from A to Z with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee all facility management for FCs and hubs in the region.
• Lead, coordinate, and develop a team of 3+ facility managers.
• Negotiate contracts and manage external service providers.

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in Facility Management, building technology, or business administration.
• 5+ years of full-time professional experience including leadership.
• Fluent German and very good English skills.
• Class B driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.
