🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead customer discovery sessions to gather business requirements
• Design and implement Salesforce data models, automation, and security
• Provide hands-on configuration using Flows, Apex, and Lightning
• Manage multiple customer projects balancing timelines and scope

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of solution design and delivery experience
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and development
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security
• Ability to scope projects and manage multiple parallel engagements

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Sweep platform
• Experience in a customer-facing role at a startup
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect)
