You'll manage and grow a supplier base for a B2B gemstone marketplace, acting as a revenue co-pilot from onboarding through sustained success. Your work ensures quality, selection, and value for buyers while creating a profitable environment for suppliers.

• Identify and onboard high-quality suppliers aligning with category standards
• Build consultative supplier relationships and act as primary point of contact
• Use data to assess supplier performance and provide actionable feedback

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 4-7 years experience in account management or business development
• Strong communication skills with a consultative approach
• Data-driven mindset proficiency in using analytics
