๐ผ About This Role
You'll drive new business acquisition and customer retention for Culture Amp's employee experience platform. You'll act as a strategic advisor to enterprise clients, delivering measurable ROI through tailored product demos and expansion strategies. This role offers a hybrid model with 2 days/week in the London office.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Proactively identify and engage potential customers through outbound and events
- Run tailored product demonstrations for People Leaders
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from discovery to close
- Conduct strategic reviews to uncover expansion opportunities
๐ Requirements
- 5-7+ years of sales experience with closing responsibility
- Proven experience in SaaS, especially HR Tech
- Executive presence for engaging VP/C-suite executives
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies
