You'll provide front-line support to consumer and business banking customers in a high-volume Contact Center environment. Your core impact is delivering exceptional service through inbound calls, chats, and secure messages while ensuring compliance and one-touch resolution.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Answer inbound calls, chats, and secure messages from customers.
  • Perform account maintenance and servicing for personal and business accounts.
  • Support business account onboarding and review applications for compliance.
  • Document interactions and escalate complex issues as needed.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years experience in a financial institution or call center.
  • Working knowledge of deposit accounts and basic business banking products.
  • Ability to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting consumer and small business banking customers.
  • Familiarity with KYC/CIP and banking compliance requirements.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills.
