💼 About This Role

You'll start your sales career selling tenant insurance using our platform, with a focus on meeting activity and behavioural targets. You'll be supported by our L&D team and earn a realistic OTE of £38k in your first year. This hybrid role combines office work in Lincoln City Centre with remote flexibility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Sell tenant insurance to tenants using the platform
• Meet activity and behavioural sales targets
• Maintain high QA pass rates
