You'll partner with Sales and Success teams to craft solutions for organizations with multiple social use cases. You'll lead discovery sessions and deliver compelling demos, acting as a trusted advisor to help clients connect with audiences. Hybrid work in select offices or remote in approved locations.

• Partner with Sales and Success teams to plan account strategy.

📋 Requirements

• Ample experience in Solutions Consulting or social/agency experience.
• College or university degree/diploma or equivalent industry experience.
• Aptitude for explaining how solutions work and their business value.
• Knowledge of social use cases in marketing, sales, advocacy, service.
