Description

In this role, you will partner with top customers to help them maximize the value of Samsara's IoT platform, composing success plans, conducting business reviews, and recommending workflow changes. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Product teams to drive customer outcomes in industries like transportation and field services.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting
  • Enterprise SaaS experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence
  • Hands-on experience with technical products

Responsibilities

  • Ensure customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability with IoT platform
  • Compose joint success plans outlining objectives, metrics, and timelines
  • Orchestrate executive business reviews with customers and leadership
  • Conduct workshops to analyze operations and recommend workflow changes
  • Deeply understand Samsara platform and explain capabilities to diverse businesses
