Description

As our first Technical Recruiter, you'll partner with leadership and hiring managers to build and execute recruiting strategies for Engineering, Product, Data, and Design teams. You'll own the full-cycle recruiting process, build high-density talent pipelines, improve interview and evaluation processes, and provide data-driven insights to support strategic hiring decisions. This is a key role to accelerate our growth and maintain our high talent bar.

Requirements

3+ years of technical recruiting experience (Engineering, AI, Data, Product)
Experience driving business impact through tech hiring in a fast-growing organization
Analytical mindset with ability to solve problems using data
Proven experience in proposing and executing recruiting strategies with leadership
Team player focused on organizational growth beyond individual performance

Responsibilities

Develop and execute recruiting strategies for Engineering, Product, Data, and Design
Build high-density talent pipelines to attract top talent
Establish and improve interview and evaluation processes as a Talent Bar Raiser
Analyze recruiting data to provide market insights and support strategic decisions
Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to align hiring with business needs
