Description

As our first Technical Recruiter, you'll partner with leadership and hiring managers to build and execute recruiting strategies for Engineering, Product, Data, and Design teams. You'll own the full-cycle recruiting process, build high-density talent pipelines, improve interview and evaluation processes, and provide data-driven insights to support strategic hiring decisions. This is a key role to accelerate our growth and maintain our high talent bar.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of technical recruiting experience (Engineering, AI, Data, Product)
  • Experience driving business impact through tech hiring in a fast-growing organization
  • Analytical mindset with ability to solve problems using data
  • Proven experience in proposing and executing recruiting strategies with leadership
  • Team player focused on organizational growth beyond individual performance

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies for Engineering, Product, Data, and Design
  • Build high-density talent pipelines to attract top talent
  • Establish and improve interview and evaluation processes as a Talent Bar Raiser
  • Analyze recruiting data to provide market insights and support strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to align hiring with business needs
