💼 About This Role
You'll act as the final escalation point for complex IT incidents and lead critical incident response and recovery. You'll mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence across the team.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Resolve complex incidents across server, network, cloud, and security.
- Lead critical incident response and recovery efforts.
- Support infrastructure including Windows Server, Azure, and M365.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Level 1/2 engineers.
📋 Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in IT support or infrastructure roles.
- Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, M365, Azure, and networking.
- Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware), firewalls, and backup solutions.
- Relevant certifications like Microsoft Azure Administrator or ITIL Foundation.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with service management tools like Autotask.
- Knowledge of automation and process improvement.
