💼 About This Role

You'll design and build educational content for Harvey Academy, our customer-facing learning platform. You'll own course development from concept through delivery, applying adult learning principles to make Harvey's AI-powered platform accessible to diverse audiences. This is an ideal role for an experienced instructional designer who combines creative problem-solving with strong production skills.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate content plans into polished courses and learning paths for Harvey Academy.
• Design detailed storyboards, scripts, and course outlines for complex technical concepts.
• Produce instructional videos end-to-end from scripting through editing.
• Partner with the Learning Designer to align on content standards and maintain consistent learner experience.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design for technical SaaS products.
• Proven experience in video production including scripting, filming, and editing.
• Strong writing skills for creating training materials across multiple formats.
• Deep familiarity with adult learning theories and instructional design frameworks (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience creating educational content for regulated industries (legal, financial services, healthcare).
• Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning Sciences, or related field.
• Active use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to accelerate content creation.
