You'll lead product vision and strategy for Life and Critical Illness insurance, driving end-to-end execution from discovery to launch. You'll own OKRs and experiment-driven growth in a high-growth insurtech startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define product vision and strategy for Life and Critical Illness vertical
• Drive end-to-end product delivery from discovery to launch
• Collaborate with engineering, design, growth, and ops teams
• Define success metrics and run experiments (A/B tests)

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience
• Track record growing D2C digital products
• Experience scaling products at high-growth companies (Series A–D)
• Data-driven decision-making with OKRs and experimentation
