Description

You will lead a team of hourly associates in an inspection center to ensure vehicles meet Carvana's rigorous quality standards. Your role involves managing vehicle flow, meeting production goals, coaching team members, and overseeing mechanical and cosmetic inspections to deliver a no-hassle car buying experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Demonstrated functional expertise in one or more areas of reconditioning process
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record in last 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into and out of the inspection center safely while meeting production and quality goals
• Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned team, identify strengths and weaknesses, and implement improvements
• Coach, develop, and performance-manage team members; provide feedback and demonstrate desired skills
• Prevent and resolve conflict among team members; ensure adherence to systems, policies, and procedures
• Train associates using Quality Control standards to complete repairs effectively the first time
