🎯 What You'll Do
- Own a portfolio of SMB customers and develop high engagement with key decision makers
- Identify growth opportunities and add new business within existing accounts
- Leverage data analytics to provide regular business reviews and presentations
- Act as key contact between internal teams and Account Management for smooth roll-outs
📋 Requirements
- Relevant account management or customer success experience
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills
- Ability to analyze and translate data for customers
- Result-oriented mindset with customer satisfaction as top priority
