You'll own the post-sales customer relationship, ensuring successful onboarding and value delivery for RetailNext's analytics solutions. You'll proactively monitor customer health and drive product adoption, collaborating cross-functionally to resolve issues. This role offers remote work flexibility with up to 90 days of annual work-from-anywhere.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end customer onboarding and product training
- Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution
- Monitor customer health metrics and drive proactive engagement
- Track product usage and implement recovery actions for at-risk accounts
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS customer success
- Professional proficiency in French (spoken and written)
- Experience with customer lifecycle management and onboarding processes
- Ability to troubleshoot technical and operational issues across software/hardware
