You will develop execution plans for market entry and growth, track KPIs, manage resources, and lead cross-functional initiatives to scale Starlink's operations in Latin America. Collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance and improve business processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM, business, economics, or finance
• 4+ years in business operations, project management, or strategic planning
• 1+ year experience abroad or working with operations outside US
• 1+ year analytical skills with Excel modeling
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work extended hours/weekends

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive execution plan for market access and rapid growth
• Track and report on KPIs (timeliness, accessibility, operational health)
• Guide planning and resource management for Starlink verticals
• Identify and lead process and system enhancements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and achieve objectives
