💼 About This Role

You'll drive execution across partner programs in a well-funded fintech startup, owning timelines, dependencies, and delivery for banking, card, and compliance workstreams. You'll translate between compliance, product, engineering, and external partners to ship faster and more predictably. This role is based in our NoHo, NYC office.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive execution across partner and compliance programs
• Own the critical path for cross-functional programs
• Translate between compliance, product, engineering, and partners
• Lead incident response and resolution across money movement systems

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years TPM or technical program leadership experience
• Track record managing partner integrations with banks, card networks, or payment vendors
• Deep familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC2, BSA/AML, PCI)
• Experience leading incident response in money movement systems
