• Supervise, train, and develop 6 Product Engineers
• Coach team through structured problem-solving methodologies
• Implement and maintain standard engineering practices
• Coordinate new product development and project timelines

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 5+ years of engineering experience
• Expertise in structured problem-solving methodologies (A3, 8D)
• Experience leading change management and cultural transformation
