Description

You will coordinate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Process) scope with project teams and trade partners to ensure systems are installed, tracked, and delivered on schedule, safely, and with quality in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• 3–4 years experience as MEP Superintendent or similar in semiconductor facility
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems including HVAC, gas, chemical, process utilities
• Ability to read construction drawings, BIM models, and technical docs
• Experience coordinating multiple trades in fast-paced construction
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules with trade partners
• Monitor trade partner progress and ensure daily production targets
• Identify schedule risks and drive mitigation actions
• Oversee installation and qualification of mechanical and process systems (gas, chemical, process cooling water, HVAC)
• Supervise and coordinate trade partners across multiple disciplines
