Description

You will own the operational execution of sales enablement programs to drive loan production, improve sales efficiency, and strengthen real estate partner relationships. Partner with Sales Enablement, Marketing, and Sales Leadership to manage events, social selling, marketing support, and onboarding activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 5–7 years of experience in sales enablement operations, marketing operations, or event management
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end event logistics for local market events and tradeshows
• Curate and distribute approved social media content for loan officers
• Partner with loan officers on market-specific collateral requests
• Coordinate execution of sales contests and incentive programs
• Support onboarding of new loan officers by ensuring access to tools and resources
