💼 About This Role

You'll collaborate with product and design teams to build high-value features for a global research platform. You'll drive the evolution of architecture and systems to ensure availability and scalability of services. This role offers 100% remote work with flexible hours.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work on impactful projects with high volumes of production traffic.
• Produce simple, maintainable code and continuously improve it.
• Define testing strategies and write automated tests.
• Own code from development to production with CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform regular and constructive code reviews.

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years commercial experience with Python and web frameworks (Flask, FastAPI, Django, CherryPy).
• Experience with MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL.
• Good knowledge of Docker and container orchestration.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of modern testing principles.

• Experience building complex software systems delivered to end users.
• Experience with Kubernetes and AWS technologies.
• 1+ years working remotely in a global environment.
