You'll shape strategy, ensure quality, and directly influence customer retention and trust. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and scale multi-layered technical onboarding teams
• Develop and implement repeatable service delivery models
• Partner with senior leaders in Customer Success, Sales, and Product
• Act as senior escalation point for complex customer challenges

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in post-sale SaaS roles (Implementation, Professional Services)
• 4+ years of people management experience with manager progression
• Experience leading technical teams and specialized roles
• Strong familiarity with security, identity, or IT administration
