You'll join Carvana's Infrastructure Development team, supporting facility maintenance for all locations in your portfolio. You'll manage property programs, liaise with vendors and landlords, and ensure efficient facility operations while driving process improvements and vendor performance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support facility maintenance request system for portfolio
• Manage property maintenance programs and site responsibilities
• Develop relationships with employees, vendors, and landlords
• Assist with invoicing, budgeting, and cost tracking

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in facilities or business administration
• Strong Google Suite skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Proficiency in issue/project tracking software
• Process documentation and improvement skills
