You'll act as a subject matter expert on contingent labor compliance and global regulatory risk management within a fast-paced international organization. Your core impact will be strengthening governance frameworks and ensuring alignment across HR, procurement, legal, and business teams. This role offers high visibility in shaping global workforce compliance strategy.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Act as an SME on contingent labor compliance including worker classification and co-employment risk
  • Partner with Contingent Labor, Strategic Sourcing, HR, Legal, and business teams for compliant external workforce engagement
  • Conduct compliance risk assessments and recommend policy improvements
  • Support audit preparation and oversee supplier compliance reviews

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Law, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in HR, compliance, or workforce governance
  • Strong knowledge of contingent labor compliance including classification rules and co-employment risks
  • Experience working across global employment environments (NA, EMEA, APAC, LATAM preferred)
