Description
You will support the Chief Financial Officer in planning, coordinating, and executing key initiatives across the Finance organization. You will manage project plans, schedules, and status trackers, prepare reports and presentations, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive decision-making and ensure alignment with departmental goals.
Requirements
- Practical project management experience
- Strong financial reporting acumen and analytical skills
- Ability to work proactively and collaboratively in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Power BI, or other reporting systems
- Strong communication and meeting facilitation skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status trackers for Finance initiatives
- Monitor progress against milestones, identify risks or delays, and surface issues for resolution
- Prepare project status reports summarizing progress, KPIs, challenges, and decisions
- Create presentations and briefing materials for leadership on financial strategy
- Enhance PMO framework by updating templates, processes, and standards
