Description

You will lead a team of software developers, managing day-to-day operations, performance reviews, and career development. You'll design architecture, determine technology stacks, mentor team members, and write maintainable, testable software to build world-class digital products.

Requirements

• 5+ years building modern production-grade web applications in a team environment
• 2+ years of management experience leading direct reports
• Very strong Java programming skills with Spring Boot or Spring Cloud
• Very strong JS framework skills (React or Angular or similar)
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure)

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of software developers on a day-to-day basis
• Lead performance reviews and career development conversations
• Determine technology stack and lead project-level technical decisions
• Mentor project team, provide feedback and guidance
