You'll be the key point of contact for customers and content creators, resolving inquiries via calls, chats, and emails while troubleshooting technical issues across our platform. Your insights on bugs and user feedback will directly drive platform improvements.

- Respond to inquiries via calls, chats, and emails
- Assist with billing, technical issues, and navigation
- Review and validate creator applications
- Monitor transactions to prevent fraud
๐ Requirements
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficiency with computers and multiple web tools
- Ability to handle sensitive content professionally
