• Build strong relationships with clients as a trusted partner.
• Manage and resolve day-to-day customer inquiries.
• Support implementations and customer operations.
• Generate, customize, and analyze client-level reporting.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of enterprise account management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong problem resolution skills with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
