You'll serve as a trusted HR business partner to clients in the Employer of Record industry, managing the full employee lifecycle across Southern Europe. You'll ensure smooth operations, compliance, and employee experience while advising on complex HR matters. This role sits at the intersection of global expansion and workforce management, offering a unique opportunity to shape international HR practices.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage employee lifecycle events like onboarding, terminations, and lifecycle changes.
• Handle complex employee relations cases and draft legally sound documentation.
• Act as primary contact for client payroll, benefits, and compliance queries.
• Drive process optimization through automation and AI adoption.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience
• Fluent Greek and English speaker
• Deep expertise in labor laws across Southern Europe
• Experience supporting complex employee relations

• Knowledge of the EoR industry
• Experience working across other Southern European countries including Greece
