🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise mobile phlebotomists across geographical markets
• Conduct appointment reviews for compliance and quality
• Interview, hire, and onboard new phlebotomists
• Manage schedules and approve team timecards

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of management experience
• Active phlebotomy certification from AMT, ASCP, or NCCT
• Proven track record in customer service
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record
