🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead generative AI / LLM integration for translation workflows
• Design end-to-end automated localization processes
• Manage and optimize Translation Management System configurations
• Define technical requirements for TMS integrations with platforms

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Localization Program Management focusing on technology
• Hands-on experience with LLM or AI in localization workflows
• Expertise in automation and scalable process design
• Advanced knowledge of TMS and connectors like Smartling

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a high-growth tech or marketplace environment
• Expertise in Smartling, Jira, and GitHub
• Experience with prompt engineering or fine-tuning LLMs
