• Design and ship AI-driven features into production
• Own technical decisions for AI architecture and system integration
• Address reliability, scalability, and performance challenges in AI systems
• Mentor engineers and raise AI engineering quality standards

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering with AI focus
• Deployed LLM-powered systems in production environments
• Strong proficiency in Python and production LLM applications
• Experience designing agent architectures and orchestration patterns

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment
• Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms or CRMs
• Deployed AWS infrastructure with Terraform, EKS, Postgres, MySQL
