💼 About This Role

You'll build 0-to-1 tools and intelligent models to revolutionize how our sales teams operate, eliminating friction across the Go-To-Market stack. Working under a Senior technical leader, you'll bridge custom quoting software and Salesforce with agentic workflows for faster, data-backed decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and code high-performance backend services and ML pipelines.
• Build and prototype new internal products using LLMs and Agentic AI.
• Design ML models for real-time sales recommendations.
• Develop backend integration between custom quoting engine, Salesforce, and data lakes.

📋 Requirements

• Extensive experience in backend languages like Java, Go, or Python.
• Hands-on experience deploying Machine Learning models and building with LLMs.
• Experience integrating with Salesforce APEX/LWC or custom quoting engines.
• Ability to design event-driven architectures and manage data flow across systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building internal Sales Tech or Fintech tools.
• Familiarity with AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, SQS).
• Passion for removing human-in-the-loop friction through automation.
