💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end engineering delivery and reliability of the DriveWell Portal, CMT's customer-facing telematics platform. You'll lead the vision for the next-generation portal and drive cross-functional collaboration across multiple platform systems. This role offers the opportunity to scale a high-performing engineering team and make roads safer globally.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end engineering delivery and reliability of the DriveWell Portal
  • Lead visioning and execution of next-generation DriveWell Portal
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across Commercial Mobility, Crash Claims, and other platforms
  • Plan and execute migration and consolidation of legacy portals into DriveWell platform
  • Ensure high system availability through production monitoring and incident management

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 8–12+ years of software engineering experience including 3–5+ years in engineering leadership
  • Proven track record delivering production-grade, customer-facing platforms with direct ownership of availability and performance
  • Strong hands-on experience in designing and operating scalable systems (microservices, web architectures, high read-volume)
  • Experience working in cloud environments (AWS preferred) with modern engineering practices
