💼 About This Role

You'll prepare financial statements and ensure GAAP compliance for a cloud-native AI legal platform company. Your work will directly support SEC filings and external audits, providing critical financial insights to management. This role offers exposure to equity compensation and cutting-edge AI tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare financial statements and supporting documentation for SEC filings
• Perform equity-related activities within E*Trade
• Assist in month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations
• Engage with external and internal auditors for requests

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of SEC financial reporting experience, preferably in SaaS
• Experience assisting in external reporting processes and/or external audits
• Experience with equity compensation
• Experience in systems such as NetSuite, Workiva, and/or E*Trade

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of US GAAP, Accounting Policy and SEC Reporting
• Strong analytical skills for complex financial data
• Proficiency in financial analysis software and Excel
