Requirements

• BLS certification
• Proficient in basic computer skills and MS Office Suite
• Ability to read and interpret safety and procedure documents
• Knowledge of standard precautions and HIPAA protocol
• Completion of initial and annual training requirements

Responsibilities

• Achieve key metrics including monthly sales, upsell targets, and productivity goals
• Review patient paperwork for medical history and consent prior to procedure
• Perform treatments per company policy and procedure
• Ensure patient safety and reduce likelihood of medical errors
• Maintain knowledge of policies, procedures, and electronic tracking tools
