Description

You will support KBRA's HR team for 6 months, managing key HR processes like performance management, employee relations, immigration case coordination, and HR systems administration. This role ensures continuity of core HR functions while collaborating closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Operations teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • At least 8 years of HR experience including 3-5 years in a strategic HRBP role
  • Experience supporting performance management cycles and employee relations
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems

Responsibilities

  • Support performance management cycles including mid-year and annual reviews
  • Assist with employee relations matters including documentation and investigations
  • Coordinate immigration case management with counsel and track case progress
  • Partner with HR Operations on HRIS data cleanup, optimization, and reporting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth delivery of HR programs
