You will maintain a clean and sanitary environment in PMC's West LA offices, performing routine cleaning tasks, ensuring safety, and fostering positive connections with employees. This role is essential to upholding our high standards and creating an immaculate workplace.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of janitor, cleaner, or porter experience
• Reliable with experience using cleaning chemicals
• Team player able to work with little supervision
• Excellent time management and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for an 8-hour shift

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and upkeep tasks to ensure spotless and hygienic properties
• Identify and rectify potential safety risks, report maintenance issues
• Carry out cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and window cleaning
• Develop positive connections with employees through professional communication
• Manage waste disposal and recycling according to environmental standards
