You'll be the external face of Scan.com, handling patient enquiries and collaborating with referrers and imaging sites to schedule scans. Your core impact is delivering efficient and excellent service across calls, live chats, and emails. You'll work cross-functionally to drive a fantastic patient experience in a high-growth digital health scale-up.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage customer experience end-to-end from booking to scan completion.
  • Deliver great experience across calls, live chats, and emails.
  • Work with imaging centres and referrers to resolve operational challenges.
  • Achieve SLAs to minimize wait times and maintain quality assurance.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Experience in a customer- or patient-facing environment.
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed individual and team targets.
