💼 About This Role

You'll join Lucanet's Technical Customer Onboarding Team to lead ERP integration and ETL processes for a growing international customer base. You'll ensure smooth technical onboarding and ongoing support of the CFO Solution Platform. This role offers the chance to work with modern SaaS and finance tech in a PE-backed global company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead complete technical onboarding for new customers
• Install and configure Lucanet software components and SQL databases
• Serve as expert technical advisor to customer IT stakeholders
• Identify and resolve technical issues collaboratively

📋 Requirements

• Practical experience as a Technical Service Engineer in ERP or SaaS
• Strong proficiency in SQL (queries, administration, troubleshooting)
• Experience with ERP systems and ETL tools
• Clear communication skills in Spanish and English

• Experience with Windows Server environments
• Linux or macOS experience
