💼 About This Role

You'll join a fast-growing legal tech startup to draft and prepare employment-based visa petitions for O-1, EB-2 NIW, and other cases. You'll own complex immigration cases from start to finish, blending legal writing with storytelling. This role offers a chance to shape internal processes and collaborate across product and engineering teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft visa petitions for H-1B, L-1, O-1, EB-1, EB-2 NIW cases
• Write persuasive legal documents telling each client's story
• Collaborate with attorney and legal team on case templates and protocols
• Provide feedback to product and engineering teams for legal tech platform

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of talent visa case experience (especially O-1s, EB-1s, EB-2 NIWs)
• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certification
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong understanding of employment-based immigration processes
