Description

You will lead accounting advisory engagements, overseeing financial reporting, technical accounting, and IPO/M&A readiness for clients. You'll manage teams, mentor staff, and build client relationships to drive growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• 12+ years of relevant accounting experience; public accounting preferred
• CPA license required
• Strong expertise in US GAAP and SEC reporting
• Coaching and team management skills

Responsibilities

• Delegate preparation of financial statements and technical accounting position papers
• Review accounting memos, financial statements, and client deliverables for compliance
• Provide conclusions and recommendations on complex accounting guidance
• Facilitate calls with SEC, client auditors, and legal counsel
• Lead multiple engagement teams and manage budgets
