You'll execute high-impact field marketing programs for Devin, the first AI software engineer, and Windsurf, driving pipeline and executive relationships. You'll own end-to-end event planning, from high-end executive summits to creative gatherings, partnering with sales and product teams. This role is execution-heavy, thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute field strategy through extraordinary in-person experiences for leaders
• Build deep relationships with regional sales teams to develop territory strategies
• Own full lifecycle of events: planning, budgeting, logistics, onsite execution
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales Engineering for demos and content

📋 Requirements

• Field marketing experience for technical or enterprise software companies
• Proven ability to plan and measure complex programs tied to revenue outcomes
• Cross-functional partnership skills aligning Sales, Product, and Marketing
• Ability to communicate technical products clearly to senior engineering leaders
