💼 About This Role

You'll work with leadership to create a sales plan and capture new business in mobile hydraulic equipment. You'll leverage your product application experience to assist customers in finding solutions. This role offers a competitive compensation plan and ongoing development opportunities at a North American leading industrial distribution company.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop prospect list to maintain current and capture new business
  • Conduct full-cycle prospecting including cold calls and sales presentations
  • Collaborate with customer service and technical support teams
  • Use CRM and MS tools to plan and manage time and territory

📋 Requirements

  • Two- or four-year Technical Diploma or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years business development within mobile hydraulic OEM customers
  • Understanding and experience with mobile OEM customers
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel overnight

✨ Nice to Have

  • Fluid Power certification
  • Value-added industrial sales experience
  • Product application and troubleshooting experience with hydraulic systems
