Description

You will lead the Corporate FP&A function at Roblox, managing planning coordination, financial statement consolidation, reporting, headcount and long-range planning, and driving process improvements and automation. This role is key to shaping decision-making and building a best-in-class finance team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in economics, quantitative field, or finance/accounting preferred
• Experience in corporate FP&A with strong planning and analysis skills
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships
• Experience with financial planning tools and system architecture
• Strong hands-on work ethic and ability to lead a small team

Responsibilities

• Manage annual, quarterly, and long-range planning processes and calendar
• Lead consolidation and reporting of financial statements with variance analysis
• Develop high-impact financial reporting packages, KPIs, and dashboards for senior management
• Manage headcount forecast and planning cycle including people expenses
• Drive financial systems automation and process improvements
