• Develop and deliver training sessions for Sales Representatives
• Manage team schedules to optimize coverage at activation events
• Oversee setup and dismantle of Neo activation booths
• Monitor sales performance and provide constructive feedback

• Proven experience in a sales role with a strong track record of exceeding targets
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a sales environment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
