You'll provide L2 incident management and platform support for a global ServiceNow ecosystem. You'll resolve critical issues and deliver enhancements to keep the platform running smoothly while collaborating across teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor and resolve L2 incidents for ServiceNow modules and integrations
• Configure and administer the ServiceNow platform for RTB and KTLO
• Create and maintain knowledge articles and documentation
• Participate in on-call rotation and agile development cycles

📋 Requirements

• ServiceNow administration experience (2+ years) with CSA certification
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Experience monitoring incidents and providing real-time user support
• Basic ability to read JavaScript
