You'll design and deliver robust software solutions for Guild's Member Experiences pillar, enhancing client data onboarding and integration systems. Your work will directly improve scalability and reliability for employer partners and employees. You'll collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment with AWS microservices and AI-assisted development tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain robust software systems for core member experiences.
• Design modular, observable, and secure architectures with senior engineers.
• Write clean, testable, and reusable code; contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with Python, TypeScript, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and GraphQL.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, Serverless Framework, Glue, API Gateway, and CDK.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or GitHub Copilot.
