You'll support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and leading a team at BoxLunch, a pop culture brand that donates meals to Feeding America. You'll drive customer engagement, manage operations, and develop associates. This part-time role offers the chance to combine retail management with a mission to eliminate hunger.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team
• Create customer engagement through product promotion and social media
• Manage shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, and associate schedules

📋 Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
• Demonstrated leadership in driving sales and team development
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
